赵如涵教授，现任中国传媒大学信息传播学院教授。她于 2011 至 2014 年期间获得比利时布鲁塞尔自由大学和中国传媒大学的双博士学位。曾任中国传媒大学国际传媒教育学院副院长（2019-2022），并于 2018 年通过了英国高等教育学会会士（Fellow of Higher Education Academy, FHEA）认证。现任国际媒介与传播研究学会（IAMCR）新闻传播教育与研究（JRE）分会主席，国际跨文化传播学刊（Journal of Transcultural Communication）主编。她的工作语言包括英语、法语和中文。

赵如涵教授曾于 2009 年作为访问学者在台湾大学工作，2012 至 2013 年间担任布鲁塞尔中国学生学者联合会会长。她的教学课程包括传播理论、大众传播与娱乐、全球传播等。她的研究涉及多个交叉领域，包括传播与社会变革、国际传播和数字新闻学等。

Ruhan ZHAO is a professor at School of Information and Communication, Communication University of China (CUC). She won dual-doctoral degree from Université Libre Bruxelles and Communication University of China (2011-2014). She has been Vice Dean of the Faculty of International Media at CUC (2019-2022) and admitted as Fellow of Advance Higher Education (UK, 2018). She currently works as Chair of Journalism Education and Research (JRE) Section of International Association of Media and Communication Research (IAMCR) and editor of the Journal of Transcultural Communication. Her working languages include English, French and Chinese.

She was a visiting scholar at Taiwan University (2009) and Chair of Association and Chinese Student and Scholars at Brussels (2012-2013). Her teaching courses includes Communication Theories, Mass Communication and Entertainment, Global Communication, etc. Her research covers several interrelated fields including Communication and Social Transition, International Communication and Digital journalism.
