长期从事开放式公众科普服务、青少年科技教育活动组织实施、科普期刊建设等工作，组织策划“菠萝科学奖”“科学有观”等科学传播活动，作为主要完成人参与《发挥校外科技教育在素质教育中的功能与机制研究》、《浙江省现代青少年科技活动创新的机制与路径研究》等课题的调研撰写，组织编写“向好奇心致敬”系列丛书，对科学传播、青少年科技后备人才培养、期刊出版发行等工作有一定经验。

Zhao has long been engaged in public science popularization services, organizing youth science and technology education activities, and developing science popularization journals. He has organized and planned science communication initiatives such as the “Pineapple Science Award” and “Kexue Youguan” (Science Has a View). As a key contributor, he has participated in the research and writing of projects such as Research on the Role and Mechanisms of Extracurricular Science and Technology Education in Quality Education and Research on the Innovation Mechanisms and Pathways of Modern Youth Science and Technology Activities in Zhejiang Province. He has also organized the compilation of the “Saluting Curiosity” series of books. With extensive experience in science communication, nurturing young talent in science and technology, and journal publishing, Zhao has made significant contributions in these fields.
