方波，安徽省科学技术馆馆长，中国自然科学博物馆学会第八届理事会科技馆专委会副主任委员，被聘为京皖科技传播与教育智库专家、科大讯飞科普研究院特邀专家，安徽省科技馆新馆展陈建设主要策展人，主持概念设计、初步设计、深化设计及展品制作、布展施工工作，在《自然科学博物馆研究》发表题为《科技馆展陈建设流程探讨——以安徽省科技馆新馆为例》论文，获专利 5 项。积极策划科学教育品牌活动，多次组织实施全国青年科普创作实验暨作品大赛安徽赛区比赛，组织实施安徽省第一届科普辅导员职业技能大赛暨第八届全国科技馆辅导员大赛安徽赛区选拔赛。牵头全省现代科技馆体系建设。参与国内省、市、县级数十个科技馆建设运营的咨询论证工作。

FANG Bo, Director of the Anhui Science and Technology Museum, serves as the Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Museum Committee under the 8th Council of the Chinese Association of Natural Science Museums. He is also an expert in the Beijing-Anhui Think Tank on Science Communication and Education, and a specially invited expert at iFLYTEK’s Science Popularization Research Institute. As the chief curator of for the new Anhui Science and Technology Museum, he led the conceptual design, preliminary and detailed design, exhibit production, and installation. He authored a paper titled “A Discussion on the Exhibition Construction Process of Science and Technology Museums: A Case Study of the Anhui Science and Technology Museum” which was published in the Journal of Natural Science Museum Research, and holds five patents. Fang is deeply involved in planning science education initiatives and has organized the Anhui Division of the National Youth Science Popularization Innovation Experiment and Works Competition several times. He also organized the First Anhui Science Popularization Instructor Professional Skills Competition and the Anhui selection round for the 8th National Science and Technology Museum Instructor Competition. He also led the development of the modern science and technology museum system in Anhui and participated in consulting and evaluation for the construction and operation of numerous science and technology museums across various levels of government, from provincial to municipal and county levels, nationwide.
