刘亮，博士，北京邮电大学人工智能学院教授、院长，国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金获得者,北京市政协科技委委员。2009年于北京邮电大学计算机学院获博士学位，博士期间赴美国Texas A&M University进行14个月访问研究。长期从事智能物联网（Intelligent Internet of Things）方向的研究与教学工作，曾多次获国际学术会议最佳论文奖励；作为主要完成人获国家高等教育教学成果二等奖、教育部自然科学一等奖、中国电子学会科技进步一等奖等。

Dr. Liu Liang is a professor. He serves as dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, is a recipient of the Outstanding Youth Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and a member of the committee of science and technology of Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. He received a PhD degree from the Department of Computer Science, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2009, and has conducted researches at the Texas A&M University for 14 months as a visiting scholar during his study for a doctorate. He has been long engaged in researches on and teaching of Intelligent Internet of Things and won many awards for the best papers of international academic conferences. As the main person-in-charge, he has received the second prize for national higher education teaching results, the first prize of the natural science award of the Ministry of Education, and the first prize for scientific and technological progress of the Chinese Institute of Electronics.
