从事科学传播、科技馆建设和运行管理二十余年，先后参与上海科技馆、上海自然博物馆、上海天文馆建设工作，主持策划近百个科普临展。通过对科技馆建设运行的全流程实践，积累了丰富的行业经验，发表和出版了多部学术论著，作为专家参与指导多个科普场馆建设。曾获得上海市“大众科学奖”、“上海市三八红旗手”等荣誉称号，参与项目获国家科技进步奖、上海市科技进步奖、全国十大博物馆陈列精品奖等。

Engaged in science communication, and construction, operation and management of science and technology museums for more than 20 years, Xin Ge has participated in the construction of Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, Shanghai Natural History Museum and Shanghai Astronomy Museum, and masterminded nearly 100 popular science exhibitions. Getting her feet wet in the construction and operation of these science and technology museums, Xin have accumulated rich industry experience, published multiple academic works, and guided as an expert the construction of a number of popular science venues. Along the way she has won many honors such as "Popular Science Award" and "Shanghai March 8th Red Flag Bearer", and participated in the projects winning the National Science and Technology Progress Award, Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, and the National Top Ten Museum Premium Quality Award.
