Dr. Marco A. Cabero is a distinguished educator and researcher. He developed research skills while at school, completing a university education in engineering and education. He worked for three Fortune 500 companies for 6 years. In the past ten years, he has served as a professor at San Simeon University, Univalle University, Military Engineering Academy, University of Bolivia, University of Space Technology, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He has established close ties with many universities, scientific research institutions, etc. in education, science, technology, policy and management. In the field of education, he is a member of the Mercosur Accreditation Commission of two Latin American universities (Universidad Mayor de San Simon and Universidad Tecnica Privada Cosmos). MERCOSUR promotes compatibility of education systems and is generally recognized throughout Latin America.

马尔克博士是一名科技外交官，是中国生物多样性保护与绿色发展基金会（CBCGDF）“生物多样性南南大科学计划”（SSBSP）副秘书长、美国科学促进会（AAAS）成员、中国数学会会员，他还成功创办了三个国际组织并担任其负责人，分别为安第斯路国家科学技术组织（ARCST）、北京航空航天大学国际科学学会（ISSBU）和圣西蒙大学科学学会（SSUS）。在他的创造力和创新精神的带领下，安第斯路国家科学技术组织获得2019第七届“东升杯”“一带一路”国际创业大赛一等奖。

Dr. Cabero is a science diplomat, currently deputy secretary-general of the South-South Biodiversity Science Project (SSBSP) of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF), a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), and a member of the Chinese Mathematical Society. Founded and served as the leader of three international organizations, namely: Andes Road Countries for Science and Technology (ARCST), Beihang University International Science Society (ISSBU), Scientific Society of Universidad Mayor de San Simon (SSUS), etc. His creativity and innovative spirit enabled ARCST to win the first prize in the 7th "Dongsheng Cup" 2019 "Belt and Road" International Entrepreneurship Competition.

马尔克博士在教育学、心理学、物理学、生物学、自旋电子学、电磁学、量子物理学等领域的核心国际期刊上发表了多篇学术论文，展示了其研究成果。自2019年以来，马尔克博士担任国际学术跨学科期刊《拉丁美洲科学与文化（JLASC）》的主编，致力于推动国际领域的科技与文化交流。他曾多次应邀参加国际会议并发表演讲，与诸多研究人员保持沟通，其中包括两位物理学、一位化学诺贝尔奖得主。2022年，马尔克博士凭借其卓越的成就以及对科技发展的贡献，获得了其母校玻利维亚瓦莱私立大学授予的荣誉教授称号。

Dr. Cabero has published many academic papers representing his research results in core international journals in the fields of pedagogy, physics, biology, spintronics, electromagnetism, quantum physics, etc. Since 2019, Dr. Mark has served as the editor-in-chief of the international academic interdisciplinary “Journal of Latin American Science and Culture (JLASC)", promoting scientific and cultural exchanges in the international field. He has been invited to attend several international conferences and give speeches, and keeps in touch with many researchers, including 3 Nobel laureates, 2 physics laureates and 1 chemistry laureate. In 2022, with his outstanding achievements and contributions to the development of science and technology, he was awarded the title of honorary professor by his alma mater, Universidad Privada del Valle in Bolivia.
