河南省科学技术馆副馆长，博士，副编审。曾担任期刊社副总编辑、河南省全媒体科普传播中心执行主任等职。长期从事科普宣传、科普信息化、科普音频视频节目创作与媒体传播工作。先后在核心期刊发表学术论文10多篇，在郑州大学、河南工业大学等院校担任客座教授并多次为本科生、硕士研究生举办讲座。

Liu Jiqiang, Ph.D., deputy senior editor, is deputy director of Henan Science and Technology Museum. He has served as deputy editor-in-chief of a journal and executive director of the All-Media Science Communication Centre of Henan Province. Liu has long been engaged in popular science communication, popular science informatization, popular science audio/video creation and media dissemination. He has published more than 10 academic papers in core journals, served as a visiting professor at Zhengzhou University and Henan University of Technology and given a series of lectures for undergraduate and master's students.
